Each month you will receive a RecallTrak newsletter. Your Platinum Roof Protection Plan covers certain roof issues (like leaks) that may arise following your home inspection. Your Platinum Roof Protection Plan is valid for 5 years from the date of the home inspection. SewerGard covers certain issues that may occur with your sewer line after your home inspection. This policy also provides additional coverage for the incoming water supply pipe (lateral) .  SewerGard is valid for 90 days from the date of inspection (or 22 days after closing, whichever period is longer).
